Ingredients

    1 lb 93% lean ground turkey, browned
    1 med onion , diced
    2 TBS chopped garlic
    1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
    1/2 cup zucchini, diced
    1 (15 oz) can Italian style diced tomatoes, semi-drained
    1 tsp beef bullion powder
    1/2 t ea. oregano, pepper, red pepper flakes
    8oz Mozzarella, low fat part skim, shredded
    2 eggs
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour

Directions

Heat oven to 350 and spray a 13x9 dish. Brown the turkey, adding the veggies towards the end for just a few minutes to saute. Pour into dish and top with cheese. Blend flour, salt, eggs and milk. Pour on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 8 big pieces or up to16 small ones.
