Number of Servings: 24


    1/4 cup Carbalose Flour
    1 rounded scoop Lean Desserts Cinnamon Protein Powder
    2 teaspoons Coconut Flour
    3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
    1 Tablespoon Rice Flour
    1 teapsoon Baking Powder
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
    3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Applesauce
    3 Tablespoons Splenda
    1 egg

    1/2 cup Whey Low Powder
    1 Tablespoon water


Mix wet ingredients and add baking soda to dissolve. Add everything else and mix well. Bake in a little donut pan sprayed with PAM. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool on a wire rack.

Pour a teaspoon of glaze over each donut.
