Introduction

I love the smoothies sold at one of the major smoothie shops however it was becoming very expensive for me to purchase one each morning. So I created my own which taste just like the one I was paying $4 daily for ..LOL

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
    2tbsp Benefiber
    1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 cup Peaches (fresh or frozen)
    (frozen fruit can be used however I suggest thaty you allow it to defrost slightly otherwise the shake will be so thick that you can not get it through your straw.

Directions

Scoop the frozen yogurt into your blender, add the fruit and blend. I usually add some of the juice from the fruit as needed to make the smoothie to the correct consistency. I dont like mine extremely thick. I akso add benefiber to the blender, this ensures that I get that extra fiber as part of my diet.
