Introduction
Calories can be saved by using lowfat cheese instead of whole fat! I just had some really good cheese to use up before it went bad. Calories can be saved by using lowfat cheese instead of whole fat! I just had some really good cheese to use up before it went bad.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
1 lb (16oz) (454 grams) Pizza Dough
1/4 cup to 1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup Chopped Tomatoes
4 oz Mozzrella Ceese
1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese
Garlic to taste
Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Roll pizza dough out as thin as you can make it (honestly, I suck at this part, so it really doesn't have to be super thin)
Spread cheese, onions & tomatos all around the middle of the dough
Sprinkle the seasons over the top
ROLL the pizza dough up into a tube and tuck the ends under
Cover with foil and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove foil and allow to bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes
If you like your dough crispy, brush the dough with egg before you bake it!
