Ingredients

    *Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz (remove)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 0.50 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Honey Mustard, 4 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb
    Mrs Dash Onion and Herb
    Garlic Powder
    Mrs Dash Spicy and Herb
    Pam Olive Oil

Directions

Serving size 1/2 cup
Spray pan with olive oil
Brown Ground Turkey
Add Spinach and corn and all the garlic, onion, spicy and honey mustard. Mix all together and simmer for 10 minutes.

* I usually make with brown rice as side dish*
