Ingredients

    1 C. CHOPPED CARROTS
    1 C. CHOPPED CELERY
    1/2 C.DICED ONION
    2LBS. FRESH COD OR PERCH
    2-3 C. BOILING WATER
    SALT AND PEPPER (SEASON TO TASTE)
    YOU CAN ADD ASPERAGUS ALSO OR OTHER VEGTABLES TO TASTE YOU MAY HAVE TO ADJUST THE AMOUNT OF BOILING WATER. ADD REMEMBER YOU MAY BE ADDING CALORIES ALSO... BUT THESE ARE GOOD HEALTHY CHOICES SO IT MAY BE A GOOD WAY TO FILL UP. IT WILL DEPEND ON YOUR SPECIFIC DIETARY NEEDS.

Directions

TAKE A DEEP FRYING PAN AND ADD APPROXIAMATLY 2-3 CUPS BOILING WATER
YOU WILL NEED ENOUGH TO COVER THE VEGTABLES AND THE FISH MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE AT LEAST 2INCHES SO THAT THE VEGTABLES OR FISH WILL NOT STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN.
ONCE THE WATER IS BOILING ADD ALL THE VEGTABLES AND BOIL ALONE WITH SEASONING 5-8 MINUTES.
THIS WILL GIVE THE WATER THE VEGTABLE FLAVOR AND ADD IT TO THE FISH. THIS WILL ADD FLAVOR TO YOUR FISH AND REMOVE ANY FISHY TASTE IN A VERY HELATHY WAY.
ADD TWO NICE SIZE PIECES OF FISH.
BOIL FISH WITH THE VEGTABLES AN ADDITIONAL 10-12 MINUTES. BOIL NALL UNTIL THE FISH IS COMPLETELY WHITE AND FLAKES TO TOUCH.
REMOVE FISH AND VEGTABLES WITH SLOTTED SPPON OR SPATULA AS TO STRAIN ALL THE WATER.
PLACE THE FISH ON PLATE AND PILE ON 1/2 OF VEGTABLES. THE CRISPY VEGTALBLES ARE A GREAT CONTRAST TO THE TENDER FLAKY FISH.
