Introduction

I just made this up one day throwing some things together. it turned out pretty awesome! I just made this up one day throwing some things together. it turned out pretty awesome!

Ingredients

    1-5oz. can of tuna in water

    1 tbsp. sweet pickle relish

    1 tsp. honey mustard

    1/2 c lettuce

    8 sprays of wishbone ranch vinaigrette

    1 packet of Splenda [optional]

    2 pcs whole wheat grain bread

    1-2 slices of tomato

Directions

drain your tuna and put everything into a small bowl and mix all besides the lettuce/tomato. put the lettuce/tomato on the inside of the bread and put your tuna salad on top of the lettuce/tomato and viola!

    i also put almonds and grapes in mine like a chicken salad, and a wheat wrap awesome!! i love all the different ideas here wow! - 3/23/09

    Incredible!
    Delicious! I made mine with tuna, relish, yogurt, broccoli, and greek dressing, since I didn't have all the ingredients you had. I also put it on a wrap to save some calories. Strangely delicious- I will definitely be making this again. - 3/22/09

    i'm really glad you liked it! it was just some stuff that i had around the house that i could actually eat so i played with it a little and it turned out great. your spin on the recipe sounds really awesome too. :D i might have to change things up and try that one! :D
