Introduction

Ingredients

1 lb ground Turkey
1/4 cup Egg Beaters or 1 whole egg, beaten
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix (or to taste)
1 small onion chopped.
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, reserve some for topping
Salt, Pepper and Red Pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with Pam cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill muffin tins with turkey mixture and sprinkle with the reserved parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until crispy on top.
