Introduction

This recipes uses my Crab & Shrimp Salad as a stuffing for the whole mushroom caps. I love serving this beside a perfectly grilled steak.

I normally use the stems of whole mushrooms in my Crustless Microwaved Seafood Quiche.

Ingredients

    1 recipe of MRSDUDLEYs Crab & Shrimp Salad

    16 oz whole mushrooms, stems removed


Directions

Serves: 7 (approx. 4 mushrooms per person)


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.


Take the stuffing and place in each mushroom cap.


Place mushrooms in a shallow baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

    Good
    I pre cook or bake my mushrooms a few minutes before it helps them not be watery, let drain and then place filling inside and then rebake, you can also add a wee bit of parmesan on top. Also from chop up stems finely and add to salad mixture. - 9/12/09
