Ingredients

    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt (I use greek style)
    3 tbsp mayonnaise
    1.5 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    1-6 oz. can solid white tuna in spring water, drained
    2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    3 cups garbanzo beans (chickpeas), cooked or from can, drained
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes
    1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley



Directions

Whisk yogurt, mayo, mustard and lemon peel in small bowl to blend.

Toss tuna with lemon juice in large bowl.

Add chickpeas, onion, celery, tomatoes, parsley and yogurt dressing to bowl. Toss to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Can be prepared up to 6 hours in advance. Cover and chill.

Makes eight 1 cup servings
