Ingredients

    1-10oz box of couscous
    1- 15oz can kidney beans
    1- small onion, chopped
    1 cup diced celery
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbs dried Basil
    1 Tbs dried parsely
    1 Tbs chives

Directions

Cook couscous according to package directions
Saute other ingredients until vegetables are tender. Top one serving of the couscous with the vegetable mix. Enjoy
