Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts (thinly cut)
    2 Tablespoon Yogurt
    1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste/Sauce
    1/4 cup Thinly sliced tomatoes
    1/4 cup Thinly sliced onions
    1/3 cup Thinly sliced cucumber
    Fries/Chips
    Cheese(LOW FAT)

Directions

Cover the chicken and refrigerate for at least 7-8 hours(Keeping overnight would be preferable). On a large saucepan cook the chicken at a moderate heat for 40-50 minutes or until done. Be sure not to overcook.
If the chicken becomes slightly dry keep on adding 2 or 3 tablespoons(or as you prefer) of water throughout the cooking of the chicken.

Take the onions, tomatoes and cucumber and other veggies. Add other stuffing ingredients in a large bowl and combine well.

When the chicken has finished cooking you can shred it or preferably slice it and also leave it into large pieces(nearly 1 inch). I prefer to cut mine into large pieces.

Place chicken on pita bread that cover almost 1/3 of the bread. Add vegetable and spread the sauce which you like. You can also add some fries to it. After adding all this in your pita bread, sprinkle the low fat cheese inside it and roll the pita. Keep it in the microwave for 20 seconds to make it warm.
You can also have dips like the BBQ Sauce, Chili Sauce. Enjoy your meal!
