Ingredients

    1/2 cup red lead lettuce, 1 cup ice berg lettuce, 1 cup grape tomatoes, 1/2 cup cucumbers with peel on, 1 whole peeled and sliced avocado,about 4 per serving black olives, 2 pepperocini's per serving , baby carrotsI use the mini 's so you don't need to cut them up and use about 1/4 cup

Directions

I cut everything to bite size pieces, tear the lettuce if you can't get red lettuce use romaine. I like grape tomatoes better than cherry they have a tangy taste. The pepperocini's add just a little zip. I like to use a sweet onion vinagrette for a dressing. But use your favorite.
