Introduction

A lower fat, lower calorie version of upsidedown pizza previously submitted by LJ91909. A lower fat, lower calorie version of upsidedown pizza previously submitted by LJ91909.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups green bell peppers
    4 cups/ 1 package of morningstar farms veggie crumbles
    1 cup tomato sauce (or more if desired)
    1/2 cup mozz. cheese
    1 14 oz. can of tomatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 cloves garlic
    milk (skim, 1%, or whatever you prefer)
    2 eggs
    1 cup whole wheat flour

Directions

Pre-head oven to 350 degrees. Cook onion until soft, then add tomato sauce. While sauce simmers, cut up veggies. Put mixture into 13X9 pan and sprinkle with mozz cheese.

In a seperate bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt and flour. Pour over veggie mixture in pan. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the "crust" is hardened.
