Introduction

I got this recipe from a local doctor's TV show. I got this recipe from a local doctor's TV show.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Boneless Chicken
    6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 sprigs of rosemary
    1 lemon (will need 2-3 slices for later)
    Lemon-pepper seasoning (to taste)
    1 small onion (sliced) (use 3/4 of onion for the marinating and the rest for baking)

Directions

1. Place chicken, rosemary, lemon, lemon-pepper, olive oil, and onion slices. Seal and toss to coat chicken.
2. Leave baggie in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
3. Place chicken in a baking dish w/ rosemary and some onion slices.
4. Add the lemon slices and rest of the onion slices.
5. Bake at 400 F for 45 min.

    Good
    Didn't have a lot of flavor but we only marinated it for a few hours. We will make it again and marinate it overnight to see if that makes a difference. - 1/14/11
