Ingredients
-
2 cans black beans and liquid
1 can chic peas (drain liquid)
3/4 can whole kernel corn (drain liquid)
1 can crushed tomatoes and liquid
12 ounces of chicken breast (no skin)
2 ounces cheddar cheese
6 multi-grain low fat, low calorie wraps
1/2 cup water
1 Tbls. chopped onion spice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp. chili poweder
Directions
-Preheat oven to 425 degrees
-Cut chicken into thin strips
-Sautte chicken in water and chili powder
-Add all other ingredients accept cheese and wraps
-Bring to a boil
-Grease 13x9 pan
-Fill wraps with mixture from pan and lay seam down in the pan
-Pour remaining pan ingredients on top of enchilladas
-Sprinkle with cheese
-Bake for 20 minutes or until chesses is melted
