Introduction

Ingredients

    1 LB Frozen Mussels
    1 LB Frozen Shrimp
    2 TBS Garlic
    2 TBS Green Onion
    1 TBS Capers
    1 TBS Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    1 TBS Extra Light Olive Oil
    3 cups Tomato Sauce
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Makes 4 servings
Chop green onions and garlic. Saute lightly in the mixture of olive oil and buttery spread. Once onions are translucent add capers and sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in frozen mussels and cook for 6 minutes add shrimp return to a boil and cook for 5 minutes more.

    Very good! I didn't have shrimp but only used mussels but still came out great! I would make this again :D - 10/12/09
