    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz
    potato, raw, 4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    Beef broth, bouillon, consomme,

Directions

make meatballs with first five ingredients. (make small ones) cook 4 min in microvave.
cut potatoes into large cubes. cut caorrots and onions into bite size pieces. put veggies into crock pot. add salt and pepper. stir gently to mix . add meatballs. mix tomato soup with one can water and one tbsp beef bouillion.pour over all. cook 8 hrs in crock pot on low setting. good with green veggie and rolls
