Introduction

Light and refreshing summer salad. I have some things that are optional to add if desired. Light and refreshing summer salad. I have some things that are optional to add if desired.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Celery seed 1tsp
    chicken 4 small chicken breast
    Lemon juice 1tbs
    celery diced small 1 cup
    1 small bunch of red grapes cut into half
    1 cup reduced fat mayo
    crasiens if desired
    pecans if desired
    pinch of dill

Directions

Place all ingredients into a bowl and cut chicken into small cubes. Mix in chicken and stir till well blended. Serve chilled over salad or spinach. I added some craisens to the mixture as well which gives it a nice flavor or you can cut some seedless red grapes in half and serve it up that way if you prefer grapes. Wonderful summer lunch or great to make in a big batch for a cook out.
