Ingredients

1 large box Jello sugar free fat free instant pudding mix
    2 cups fat free milk
1 cup raw oatmeal (one min quick cook)
1 1/2 tsp imitation coconut extract
    1/2 tsp imitation almond extract

Directions

Mix the pudding with milk, according to directions, then add the extracts. Mix well and the add the oatmeal. Stir well making sure all the oatmeal is mixed in...pour into a covered container and chill for at least one hour.
Top with Cool Whip Free for a real treat!
The pudding box says this makes "about 6" servings, but when I use it for a meal I eat about 1-1 1/2 cups, so I figured the serving size/nutritional info on the high side saying it only made 4 servings.

Great flavor! I used the small 4-serving size box of SF FF Chocolate Instant Pudding along with the other ingredients you listed and separated it into 4 servings. 3 WW PointsPlus per serving. - 4/8/09
