Number of Servings: 6

    3 Cup Mashed Potatoes
    1 Cup French Fried Onions
    1 Cup Green Beans
    1 Can Manwich
    1 Cup Diced Onion
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Ground Beef (or Turkey)

Take your ground beef and cook until almost done. Add your onions and saute them until they are translucent. Add your green beans and manwich sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Place mixture into bottom of deep pan. (I use an 8 x 8) Place your mashed potatoes on top of the mixture equally. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Take dish out and put cheddar cheese on top and place into your oven for 5 minutes. Remove the dish and put your fried onions on top and then put into the oven for another 5 minutes.

  • Made it just as the directions stated. Quite tasty. The calorie content seems a little high, but the serving size (based on 6 servings) is pretty good, so it evens out. We might try it with turkey next time, but this will definitely be made again. Thanks! - 1/18/11
