Ingredients

    2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
    2 cups of cut brocoli
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 a medium white onion diced
    2 branch of celery diced
    1 scalion diced
    2 teaspoon of hoisin sauce (find in international isle or chinese store) or stir fry sauce

Directions

blanched the brocoli by putting it in hot water for 30 seconds to a minute before frying or if you like your vegetables really crispy this step does not have to be followed.

In a Wok or a large frying pan, add the oil. After 1 minute or until the oil is hot add onions, celery, scalions and the garlic. Then, Add the brocoli fry for about 2 minutes. Add Hoisin sauce last and stir together. If you want a less salty sauce add some water before turning off the oven.
