Introduction

This is great pancake that is moist and needs no added toppings This is great pancake that is moist and needs no added toppings
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup flour
    1 t. baking powder
    3 T brown sugar
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 cup grated or chopped apples
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    3 T melted margarine

Directions

Add dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg and melted margarine. Gently fold in apple. Cook on preheated griddle, flipping just once. Makes 12 4 inch pancakes.
