Introduction

Ingredients

    4 chicken breast
    10 oz bag mixed vegetable fresh or frozen
    2 stalks celery
    1 cup chopped onions
    10 fresh green beans(snaps)
    1/2 cup fresh mushrooms
    2 chicken bouillons
    1 tbsp Goya sofrito soup base
    5 cups of water(more or less depending on amount making--I just filled my crockpot)
    1 bay leaf
    tyme
    rosemary
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients together in crockpot and cook on high for about 2 hours or until beans and veggies are done.

makes about 12 1 cup servings

    Hearty filling soup - Easy enough to throw together, and quite adaptable to using up any left-over vegetables. - 4/6/20

    Easy to make. Delicious. I have made this twice. Today I doubled the recipe so my husband and I can have it for lunch all week.
    I don't make mine in the crock pot since I don't have one. I brown the chicken first and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to heat and lower to a simmer.
