Ingredients

    1 15oz can Chicken Broth
    1.5 cups water
    1 package Ramen noodles, no seasoning
    2 large Eggs, beaten
    1 can Spinach
    1 Tablespoon lite Soy Sauce
    2 Tablespoons scalions

Directions

Bring broth and water to boil, add noodles and cook 3 minutes.

Add eggs and cook 30 seconds, do not stir.

Add spinach and simmer 1 minute.

Add soysauce and scallon, simmer 1 minute.
