Introduction

Delicious no bake, tastes just like pumpkin pie! Delicious no bake, tastes just like pumpkin pie!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Almond flour, 12 oz
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
    Sucralose (like Splenda), 12 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp, softened

    Jell-O Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Cheesecake Pudding, 1 pkg.
    Soy Milk, 2 cup
    100% Pumpkin, canned, 2 cups
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Cloves, ground, .5 tsp

Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients in a crumbly mixture, press into pie plate. Bake 10 min at 400. Remove quickly to cool.

In a large mixing bowl mix pudding mix and soy milk. Add in pumpkin mix well. Add spices and mix well. Pour mixture into cooled pie crust. Place in fridge for at least 30 min to set. Makes 8 slices.
