    1/2 C Nancy's Plain Yogurt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 Tbs. ground peanuts
    2 Tbs. ground flax seed
    1 Tbs Aloe vera juice

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender. Makes 1 serving.
