Ingredients

    1/2lb Mince Meat, beef or lamb
    1/2 carrot, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    4 babycorn
    5 sugarsnap
    1 clove garlic
    2 tb gravy granules
    1/2 pint boiling water.
    150g wholewheat pasta - 10 min cooking time

Directions

Brown the mince in a non-stick pan over a medium heat and drain fat when cooked.

Add, carrot, peppers, babycorn, sugar snap and garlic. Add water and boil.

Put on the pasta and the gravy granules to the mince meat.

Serve with pasta and leafy salad

    sounds very bland....I think it needs something else to pick it up a bit. BTW, what is gravy granules????? Never heard of it before. - 4/17/09

    What is mince? I thought that was a cooking technique...haha...I heard "minced meat pie" before and I guess that meant "mince meat"! Oops! - 3/29/09

    Ya hahaha sorry, I didn't make that clearer.. mince meat - I prefer beef or lamb but everyone is raving about turkey meat as well.

    This recipe is beef meat.
