Sweet and savory carrots for a change of pace.
I use real butter b/c I don't like the fake margarines.

Ingredients

    2 bunches raw carrots (i use orange and red)
    1/2 c water
    1 T butter
    1 T raw honey

Directions

Peel and cut carrots on a bias in large chunks.
Melt butter in large pan and add carrots. Sautee for 5 minutes. Add water and honey. Mix well. Cover and simmer (stirring occasionally) for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender-crisp and sauce has cooked out.
