Ingredients

    3 -cups of uncooked rice
    1-Lg. chopped onion
    3- ribs of celery chopped
    2 -14.8 oz cans of diced tomatoes
    1-14.8 oz can of tomato sauce
    2-cans of water
    1 tsp of poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

spray 9x13 baking dish with pam
add rice
place chicken over rice
cover with tomatoes, onion, and celery
mix tomato sauce and water and add to mixture
add seasonings
cover with foil
bake 350 - 1 hr, uncover last 10 minutes
