Introduction
Keilbasa sausage with egg noodles, sauerkraut, onions and apples. Yes, apples. Sounds weird, but it's really good! I found this on another site that said this recipe is from Cooking Light magazine. It can be made lower calorie/fat by using Turkey sausage. I used No Yolk cholesterol free noodles, and skipped the caraway seeds. My 2 year old ate it but not until I told him the sausage was a hot dog... :) Keilbasa sausage with egg noodles, sauerkraut, onions and apples. Yes, apples. Sounds weird, but it's really good!
