Ingredients

9 sheets (big rectangles) Honey Maid Graham Crackers
    .5 cup oats
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 large egg
    1.5 cups nonfat milk
2 tbsp sugar-free syrup (could sub honey)
    2 plums

Directions

Preheat oven to 375˚
Without opening package (one pack of grahams should be nine sheets) crush graham crackers into crumbs and dump into stand mixer. With stand mixter on low speed (to finish the job of pulverizing the crackers) pit plums and chop up into small chunks.
To graham cracker crumbs add oats, baking powder and spices. Then mix in syrup, egg, and milk and blend well. Fold in plums and spoon batter into lined muffin cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
