Ingredients

    Round steak, cut into 4 pieces (also works with pork or chicken)
    1 pkg. mushrooms
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    salt & pepper
    3tbs. cornstarch

Directions

Place steak into bottom of crock pot.

Mix onion and mushroom soup; do not dilute.

Place clean, chopped mushrooms over steak; pour soup over both with salt & pepper to taste

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Remove steak, mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with small amt of water to form thin paste, and mix with sauce in crock pot. Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.

Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables for a quick and easy dinner.
