Introduction

This can be tweaked however you like to customize, just add more or less pepper for how hot you want it, add whatever veggies you want. I suggest corn or beans, but for the most part, this is the base. Ingredients

    4 medium tomatoes, or 4 plum/roma tomatoes
    3/4 cup chopped onion
    1 jalapeno pepper
    2-3 tbsp Cilantro
    2 Tomatillos
    2-3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Chop, puree or otherwise pulverise the tomatoes until they are the size wanted. Chop and add the tomatilloes and the onion, then as much chopped Jalepeno and cilantro to taste. Add a splash of vinegar. This should be kept refirgerated. Good mixed with rice or pasta, or served on chips
