Introduction

Ingredients

2 Large White eggs
1 Pack of macaroni noodles (substitute if desired)
4 cups of cheddar cheese
1 can of evaporated milk
2 cloves of garlic
.5 cup of green pepper
.5 cup of red pepper
.5 cup of chopped onions
Directions
Blend garlic, onion, and peppers with a tip of milk in the blender and let it sit there.
Boil noodles until medium soft (or desired)
in a bowl beat remaining milk and eggs together.
Grease casserole dish with a little butter to prevent sticking.
once noodles are finished boiling, strain and put them in a large bowl. Add cheese and stir until all melted. Then add the mixture in blender (onions, peppers etc..) to the noodles and continue to stir. Lastly add the egg mixture to the noodles and thoroughly stir.
Pour noodles into casserole dish and bake for approx. 40 minutes or until cheese melted and lightly golden brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
