Introduction

These moist yummy muffins are a great way to use up protein powder in flavors I am not fond of. Healthy quick snack, too! Each has 8.6 grams protein, 3.3 of fiber and less than a gram of fat! Ingredients

    Plain Bran Flakes, 1.5 cup
    Oats, 1 cup
    Craisins 1/3 cup chopped up
    Apples, fresh, 1 medium diced small
    Apple sauce, unsweetened, 1/2 cup
    Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1/2 cup
    Sugar-Free Flavored Syrup, 1/4 cup (any will do, I like the DaVinci and Torani varieties)
    Salt, 1 dash
    Cinnamon, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 4
    Any Protein Powder, 3 scoops
    Self-rising Flour, white, 1 cup

Directions

Spray muffin cups and heat oven to 375. soak oats and bran flakes in milk while you get everything else out. Add everything but flour in and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fold in flour, spoon into pan and bake for 22 (ish) minutes.
