Introduction

Like chocolate but use cinnamon instead. Good for variety and for those who can't have caffeine or chocolate. Like chocolate but use cinnamon instead. Good for variety and for those who can't have caffeine or chocolate.
Number of Servings: 70

Ingredients

    2 c granulated sugar
    1/4 c ground cinnamon
    1/2 c non-fat milk
    1/4 lb butter

    1 tsp vanilla
    pinch salt
    1/2 c peanut butter
    3 c quick oats

Directions

Mix first five ingredients in pan on stove. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue boiling for one minute. Remove from heat and cool for one minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir well. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. May make them any size.
