Ingredients

    add spices to taste. I used about 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of dried oregano, 1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder plus 2 cloves of garlic and about 1/4 of an onion minced
    i used a can of stewed tomatoes 14.something oz and a can of tomato sauce no added salt
    i used about 1/2 cup of red yellow green and orange bell peppers diced

Directions

makes approximately 8 1 cup servings
put meat in with liquid ingredients and spices let simmer until meat cooked, then add potatoes let them cook before adding zucchini and mixed vegetables let simmer until soup boils down a bit

    Very Good
    This recipe is missing key information, but serves as a good starting point. I used a bison soup bone and a (2 tsp) container of Knorr "Homestyle Beef Stock" mixed in 4 c. of water,1 can tomato sauce and 1 can "tomatoes with green chilis" in with the spices. 2 c mixed veg and 1 diced potato at end. - 1/2/12
