Ingredients

    Pita, whole-wheat, 1 large
    Turkey breast meat, 3 oz
    Apples, fresh, .5 cup slices
    Lettuce, red leaf (salad), 1 cup shredded
    Cranberries, dried, 1 tbsp
    Light Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
    Dijon mustard 1 tbsp

Directions

Cut pita in halves and make a pocket.
Spread mayo and mustard.
Stuff with the rest of ingredients.
