Introduction

I found this recipe online but changed it for a dinner party I had. I found this recipe online but changed it for a dinner party I had.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Broccoli florets - frozen 10oz package
    Steak 12 oz
    Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
    Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/4 cup chicken broth

Directions

Slice the steak into thin strips across the grain you should end up with two handfuls.
Place in bowl with rice vinegar, soy sauce and minced garlic. Mix together until the steak is covered - place in fridge to marinate 1 Hour.
Cook steak in skillet over medium heat until cooked.
In a streamer cook the broccoli
Add the broccoli and 1/4 cup chicken broth to the skillet and cook everything together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve.

Makes four servings.
