Introduction

Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 cup milk
    1 cup water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 T. yeast
    1 T. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    2eggs
    2 T. Butter
    7 cups flour


Directions

Heat milk and water to about 120, combine with eggs, sugar, oil, yeast, salt, and 3 cups of flour. Misx until smooth. Gradually add the remaining flour and knead until a sticky dough is made. Place in greased bowl and let rise about 1 hour. Roll or pat out dough on a floured pastry cloth. Cut with a round cookie cutter. Stretch each circle slightly and dip one end in butter. Fold the other end down and put on cookie sheet. Let rise another 15-20 minutes then bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Makes 32 rolls
