Introduction

Very quick spanish rice dish - easy supper! Jazz it up with hot salsa or add your own hot sauce! Very quick spanish rice dish - easy supper! Jazz it up with hot salsa or add your own hot sauce!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Chicken
    1 med. onion, diced
    3 cloves garlic
    8 oz. salsa
    2 C. water
    3 T. olive oil

Directions

Dice chicken.
Heat olive oil and brown chicken.
Add onion and cook until just soft. Mince garlic and add to chicken/onion mix. Cook for a minute. Add salsa and stir. Add rice and 2 C. water. Cook for 20 minutes. If rice is not soft, add about 1/4 C. more water and cook for a few additional minutes.
