Ingredients

    You can substitute the brand of cheese but they should be light and fat free where indicated. It is best if you use the shredded hash brown potatoes.

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Land O Lakes, Light Butter, Salted, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup
    Ore-ida hash browns, 12 cup
    Sargento Reduced Fat Mild Cheddar, 1 cup
    Kraft Fat Free Cheddar, 1.50 cup

Directions

Melt the butter. Mix all ingredients together. Spray 13 x9 pan with PAM. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes until brown and bubbly.
