    Incredible!
Thus turned out great! I made my own herbs de provence and didn't have all of the ingredients so I just did the best I could. I also put them under the broiler for a little at the end but this was GREAT! :) I've been looking for a healthy/low cal recpie for potatoes and this one is it! :) - 11/3/10

I made these the other night and they were delicious! I did not have the herbs de provence, but I googled it and tried to make my own the best I could...I didn't have all the seasonings, but most of them...definitely a keeper! - 4/26/10
