    6 Barilla Lasagna Noodles (uncooked)
    1 jar of Organic (no sugar added)Pasta Sauce
    8 oz Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
    8 oz Kraft 2% Mozzarella
    1/2 bag of Fresh Baby Spinach
    1 Thinly Sliced Zucchini
    1 Thinly Sliced Summer Squash
    1 cup sliced mushrooms


Starting with a light layer of sauce in the bottom of an 8x8 plan, layer noodles, sauce, ricotta, vegetables, and mozzarella in that order, topping final layer with two lasagna noodles, remaining sauce, ricotta cheese and mozzarella. Be sure all noodles are covered with sauce to ensure they cook through. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered with foil and 10 minutes uncovered . Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
