Ingredients

Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces
Frozen Vegetables, Great Value, Asparagus Stir-Fry, 5 cup
Sauce, Stir Fry, Kikkoman, 12 tbsp
Frozen Vegetables, Birdseye Steamfresh Asian Medley, 3.5 cup
Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 2 cup
Nasoya Extra Firm Organic Tofu 1/5 pkg=1svg, 1 package
EVOO, Bertolli (1 tbsp), 2 serving
Garlic, 5 cloves
Ginger Root, 2 tsp
Directions
Heat EVOO, garlic, and ginger in wok. Saute chicken and tofu in pan for 10 minutes. I use a 2nd wok to saute all vegetables about 10 minutes. Combine veggies, chicken, & tofu in one skillet and add stir-fry sauce. Best served over Kashi 7 grain rice pilaf.
