Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Can (7oz) Salmon
    2 Cups Chickpeas
1 Large Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
    1 Large Yellow Onion (Chopped)
    5.3oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
    2/3 Cup White Wine
1 Can Tomato Soup (can use healthy version, didn't for this recipe)
    2/3 Asian Pear (Chopped)
Garlic, Red Pepper, Salt-Free Spices, Mustard Seed, Fennel Seed, Cilantro, All Purpose Salt-Free Seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook wine, garlic, onions, sundried tomatoes, chickpeas and bell pepper together on high heat until onions and peppers start getting soft, keeping covered. Add rest of seasonings, and cook covered for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Add tomato soup, asian pear and salmon, turn heat to low-med and cover again, stirring frequently. Once it is cooked through, the flavors should be nicely integrated and there should be very little or no liquid left.

Makes 4 evenly distributed servings.

Can serve with bread or rice if preferred.
