Ingredients

    80 grams tomatoes, chopped
    50 grams cucumber, chopped
    80 grams lettuce, chopped
    40 grams grated raw carrot
    60 grams canned and drained chick peas
    1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    2 teaspoons mild wholegrain mustard
    2 teaspoons honey

Directions

Makes 1 serving

Mix all the salad ingredients together with the chick peas. Mix the lemon juice with the mustand and honey, pour over the salad and mix well. Season to taste.
