Ingredients

    12 cups low sodium chicken broth
    2 cups turkey breast meat
    2 cups fresh mushrooms
    1 large onion
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1 1/2 cup celery (chopped)
    1 cup basmati rice

Directions

Put it all in a pot and cook about an hour until veggies and rice is done.
