Ingredients

    1 tube of ground turkey
2 tsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning (I use Walkerswood) or to taste
    cooking spray
    Mini Wheat pitas
Plain yogurt (I prefer Greek style)

Directions

Makes 10 mini burgers

Combine turkey with jerk seasoning and form into 10 2" patties. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate flavors.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a skillet to medium high for one minute. Spray top and bottom of burgers with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, if desired.. Sear burgers one minute on each side and transfer to an oven-safe dish. Bake burger in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or until done.

Split mini pitas and fill half of each with a tsp or less of yogurt. Add burgers and top with unfilled pitas. Serve immediately.
